How to Schedule A Meeting With Our Marriage Officiant, And Visit
Teacup Wedding, Country House
~~
A visit to Teacup Wedding, Country House and meeting with our Marriage Officiant, is not required prior to making a reservation to be married (or getting married) at Teacup Wedding. However, couples who desire to schedule a meeting with our Marriage Officiant, and tour Teacup Wedding ceremony settings, are welcome to contact the Marriage Officiant or Director to coordinate a date and time, via phone or email.
Teacup Wedding Officiant and Director are available by phone and/or email daily from 9 am - 9 pm for communication with couples. Our website provides current photos, pricing and detailed information. If after viewing our website and communicating with Teacup Wedding Officiant and Director, you would like to schedule a meeting prior to making your wedding or elopement reservation, please contact us to coordinate a date and time.
``
We welcome your visit, and consider it to be a professional meeting between the Bride, Groom and Marriage Officiant. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for couples to have a personal experience when meeting their Marriage Officiant and selecting the ceremony setting that best suits them; in a time-frame that is dedicated exclusively to them. What we offer cannot take place with casual, drop-in and over-lapping visitors. Couples appreciate the quality of time and preparation provided to them by Teacup Wedding Officiant and Director. We feel that this best represents what we offer at Teacup Wedding, Country House.
``
Please note, however, that we do not reserve time on the calender of Teacup Wedding and our Marriage Officiant, without a commitment by the couple requesting to meet and visit. Couples who choose to schedule a visit to Teacup Wedding can allocate the nominal fee of $75.00 into their wedding budget. The time for your visit will be scheduled exclusively for you and your fiance to meet with our Officiant and tour Teacup Wedding, Country House settings.
``
``
We have kept the cost of all of our packages to a minimum, by not including a meeting at Teacup Wedding with our Officiant into our package prices. So, in fairness, only couples who choose to meet with our Officiant, and tour Teacup Wedding incur the additional cost.
``
As a full-time ceremony venue offering to host elopements and small weddings on short-notice, we schedule our time accordingly, with priority given to couples coordinating their witnesses, and/or wedding guests, to be married at Teacup Wedding without the disruption of unscheduled visitors and activity. Couples being married, or meeting with our Officiant, benefit from (and appreciate) the privacy offered at Teacup Wedding, Country House.
``
The number of visits requested on a daily basis do not allow for drop-by visits and casual walk-throughs. We do not keep daily "office hours", our daily schedule is hosting elopements, weddings and scheduled visits.
If you desire a visit to Teacup Wedding prior to your ceremony, communicate with us regarding availability prior to reserving your ceremony. If you are reserving a ceremony on very short-notice, or during a busy period, we may have limited (or no) availability to schedule a visit immediately.
``
``
This fee is not deducted from your package price, as it not part of the wedding package offering. It is a seperate service offered to couples who desire to visit Teacup Wedding, meet with our Marriage Officiant and select their ceremony setting.
Your desired date, time and package must be determined, and available, prior to scheduling a visit. As a courtesy to couples who schedule a visit, we place a "hold" on the requested wedding date and time until their visit takes place.
``
When a date and time has been reserved for your visit, it becomes unavailable for other visits and marriage ceremonies. Please consider this when requesting that we make a commitment at Teacup Wedding for your visit, as there are no refunds or reschedule after you have chosen and reserved your time. When planning a visit, note that all visits are scheduled with both the Bride and Groom in attendance only, and do not include additional visitors and/or children.
``
In keeping with our style, we prefer connection with couples who are considering an elopement or small wedding.
``
We look forward to continued communication.
``
``
Respectfully,
``
